SAP Selects uRoam’s Newly Released FirePass 3.5 Software

uRoam, a provider of web-based remote access solutions, announced the availability of FirePass 3.5 software for the FirePass 1000/4000 server, the company’s SSL Virtual Private Network appliance. Some of the new features include dynamic assignment of access policies based on the system used for remote access, seamless integration with both LDAP directories and Windows Domains and support for FTP and Exchange clusters

Combining with the news of the latest version of FirePass software, uRoam announced that SAP America selected FirePass to enhance both sales force and consultant productivity by allowing instant, secure access to a complete range of corporate applications.

The FirePass 1000/4000 server with software release 3.5 is available now from uRoam’s direct sales force or from an authorized uRoam Advantage Partner or Reseller. Pricing begins at $11,000.
