Bootable USB flash drive for secure remote working

Cryptzone released AppGate MOVE (My Own Virtual Environment), a USB flash drive that provides a portable way to access information and applications securely from any computer. As the secure bootable USB works independently of the host device’s operating system, the risk from malware infection is eradicated.

MOVE does not rely on, or use the operating system on the computer, and it executes in a secure and trusted environment regardless of the configuration. In addition, MOVE includes an encrypted partition for user data, so it does not use local PC hard drive meaning no trace or residue is left when the session to the AppGate server is closed.

Automatic launch of remote access – When the user starts the system installed on the USB flash drive, the AppGate client is automatically launched and the user can log into the office.

No data or malware transfer possible – Neither the AppGate client nor the applications being used during the session, can or will store data on the computer’s hard disks. As the disks are not touched the client is safe from any malware, spyware or viruses that may be present on the computer.

Secure encrypted access – The system administrator can define specific rules when MOVE is used to grant or deny user access to applications and data.

All software pre-installed on USB – AppGate MOVE contains all the necessary components to run securely on personal computers. All applications necessary for the end-user are also pre-installed on the USB flash drive, and the device includes a firewall for extra protection.
