SANS offers discount for London 2011 training event
Even with the tough economic conditions last year, over 400 students attended SANS London 2010 and that figure is likely to increase for 2011 as SANS unveils its largest ever education program.
SANS London 2011 offers 16 hands-on technical security courses addressing intrusion detection, penetration testing and ethical hacking, forensics, compliance and many other areas.
SANS is also offering a 250-euro discount to students who register for the event by the 19th of October, 2011.
“The discount is available to any five or six day course including our popular and high demand classes such as SEC401: SANS Security Essentials Bootcamp Style and SEC560: Network Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking,” explains Gareth Dance, an event organizer and GSEC Manager for SANS Europe.
The early bird registration scheme also helps SANS to correctly size the event and potentially expand courses if interest is unexpectedly high. “Some of our more popular courses are often oversubscribed, so ‘early birds’ also have the benefit of guaranteeing a place,” Dance adds.
SANS London 2011 is the region’s largest infosec training event and will take place at the ExCeL London Exhibition & Conference Center at Royal Victoria Dock from 3rd-11th December.
