First security cart for iPad
With the release of Apple’s iPad, schools and other organizations will be looking at e-readers in new and innovative ways. Datamation Systems introduced the first of a series of secure, storage solutions for this device: the Netvault-IP.
Old-style carts are bulky and expensive and many lack anything more than the most basic anti-theft protection. The Netvault-IP secures, stores and recharges as many 40 iPads in a remarkably small footprint. It is easy to move, providing fast and easy access to technology. The cart’s small footprint is especially important in tight classroom spaces and makes the cart easy to store.
This cart has a three-point locking system, providing the most secure storage of any thing in its class, protecting equipment from theft, vandalism and unauthorized access. Its locking method is more secure than conventional padlocks and provides better key control and management options.
It is equipped with ample outlets for recharging batteries and powering peripherals. It is also equipped with wire management features, medical grade wheels and adjustable dividers.
