Trapeze Networks Attacks Rapidly Growing Linux Market With Industry’s First Certifed Radius Solution For Novell’s Suse Linux
PLEASANTON, Calif. – March 28, 2005 – Trapeze Networksâ„?, maker of award-winning wireless local area networking (WLAN) systems, today announced Certification Status for the Trapeze Mobility Systemâ„? on Novell’s SUSE Linux and eDirectory.
The FreeRADIUS implementation that ships with Novell’s SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 or Open Enterprise Server integrates seamlessly with the Trapeze Mobility System. This means that the entire installed base of SUSE Linux solutions can now deploy Trapeze’s secure and robust wireless solution without having to integrate and install any new third party RADIUS solution.
Alpha NetSolutions, software integrator and Novell Platinum partner, was responsible for the integration between Trapeze’s Mobility System on Novell’s SUSE Linux and eDirectory.
