European Storage Vendor Bridgeworks Signs Anacomp To Deliver European Service And Support For Its Data Transfer Products
Berkshire, UK – 9 November 2004 – Bridgeworks, a leading enabler of cost-effective storage networking data transfer products today announced a new European contract with independent service and support company Anacomp, Inc.. Anacomp, through its Multi-Vendor Services program, will offer European Call Centre facilities, incorporating Help Desk Support, Depot Services and On-Site Maintenance to Bridgeworks customers as an authorised and accredited support partner.
Bridgeworks has strategically partnered with Anacomp for the provision of maintenance services, delivered through a European field service force of over 250 trained technicians.
