The Training Camp Opens Doors to InfoSec Academy
Meeting increased demand for qualified security experts to manage new threats
Philadelphia, PA – September 3, 2003 -The Training Camp, the industry leader in accelerated learning for information technology, today announced the launch of the InfoSec Academy to help mitigate the current skills shortage in information security. The development of InfoSec Academy is in response to significantly increased demand for The Training Camp’s information security training offerings.
InfoSec Academy offers certification training through outcome-based, blended-learning programs for enterprises, government organizations and individual information security professionals. The course portfolio includes vendor, vendor-neutral, and professional certifications for the full spectrum of information security job titles. Gartner reports that within the next two years many companies will require their Chief Information Security Officers and staff to be qualified by information security certifications.
