Agreement Creates Industry’s First Partnership Delivering SSL-Based Secure Access Appliances as a Managed Service Solution to Enterprise Customers
LAS VEGAS, Nev., and LONDON – April 28, 2003 – Neoteris, Inc., the leading instant secure application access vendor, and Sirocom, one of the UK’s leading global Virtual Network Operators (VNO), today announced a partnership to provide Neoteris’ award-winning Instant Virtual Extranet (IVE) secure remote access appliances as a Sirocom managed service offering.
This partnership is the first of its kind in the industry, providing the benefits of SSL-based appliance connectivity in a managed service. The agreement allows Sirocom to broaden its EnterpriseVPN suite of managed network services with the industry’s leading SSL-based secure access appliance from Neoteris. Customers needing to provide access to enterprise resources and applications for remote offices, mobile workforces, and business partners can experience all the benefits of secure web-based access from an appliance, now available as a managed service. Through this relationship, Neoteris’ products are now available in a new distribution channel for customers that prefer to purchase remote access functionality as a managed services offering.
This announcement is being made at the NetWorld+Interop 2003 Exhibition in Las Vegas, Nev., where Neoteris is exhibiting in Booth No. 7075 this week; as well as at the InfoSecurity Europe Conference in London, where Neoteris is exhibiting in Booth No. 725.
