About the Experts
William Harrod is the director of TruSecure’s Investigative Response division and also serves as senior technical consultant and senior lead investigator for TruSecure Forensics labs. Harrod works directly with clients’ senior management to plan and manage information security related investigations and forensic analyses for complex information management systems. He also coordinates the Risk Index team, which provides customers with alerts, intelligence and guidance around emergent security events and is the primary author of TruSecure Security Alerts, an immediately issued alert to clients whenever a security- related risk poses a real-world threat. These Alerts are written and published normally within an hour of the risk identification, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
After fourteen years of federal service, Mr. Harrod left the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he was a Supervisory Forensic Computer Specialist. While with the FBI, Harrod was also a Rapid Start Team Leader, coordinating the investigative information management of crisis response and special events.
Marne E. Gordan is the director of regulatory affairs for TruSecure Corporation, where she is responsible for managing industry relations and maintaining regulatory intelligence on healthcare, the financial services industry, and the federal government. With more than 10 years of experience in electronic and retail banking, she is the previous manager of industry relations for Community Bankers Service Corporation, the business solutions subsidiary of America’s Community Bankers. Prior to joining TruSecure, she was responsible for the creation of the Internet banking product line at the STAR EFT Network, developing secure Web sites and integrated home banking programs for small banks and credit unions.
Gordan is a member of the Information Technology Association of America, representing TruSecure Corporation on its Information Security and eGovernment committees.
