Saviynt names Anne Ceruti as Head of People and expands its Board of Advisors
Saviynt announced that Anne Ceruti has joined the company as Head of People. As senior vice president, she will be a member of the executive leadership team.
In her role, Ceruti will be responsible for ushering Saviynt’s global Human Resources Department into its next stage of growth.
“We are thrilled to have Anne join us to help support our corporate vision, drive HR strategy and delivery, and enrich our company culture,” said Amit Saha, CEO, Saviynt.
“Over the past year, we have grown tremendously as a company. The addition of Anne and the three new board advisors to our leadership team will help us further accelerate the growth of our company and solidify Saviynt’s position as the leading enterprise identity cloud platform.”
Ceruti is an accomplished executive who has worked with Fortune 500 and global organizations throughout her career. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Avery Dennison as the HR business partner to the c-suite.
Prior to that, Ceruti was Vice President of Human Resources at the Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for leading talent acquisition, employee communication, talent planning and executive development.
In each of her leadership roles, Ceruti has focused on making the HR function a key competitive differentiator – something she plans to emulate in her new position with Saviynt.
“I am thrilled to be part of the Saviynt team,” said Ceruti. “As the company focuses on creating the tools to enable business transformation at large enterprises, we will elevate the employee experience and drive best-in-class HR solutions to support the explosive market demand for Saviynt’s identity solutions.”
In addition to Ceruti joining the team, Saviynt also announced the appointment of three new Advisors to its Board; Ram Ramachandran, Chief Technology Officer, Clarabridge; Jeff Margolies, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Strategic Partnerships, FireEye, Inc.; and Eric Brown, Chief Financial Officer, Informatica.
With the additions of Ramachandran, Margolies, and Brown to Saviynt’s Board of Advisors, the company will benefit from their collective decades of industry experience to guide it in its next phase of growth.
Saviynt recently announced that 2020 was the most successful year in the company’s history. In 2020, Saviynt saw 46% growth in annual revenue (ARR), a 50% increase in newly acquired customers, and a 40% increase in global employee headcount.
Saviynt also ranked in the top 1,000 (#941 in the U.S., #86 in CA) of Inc. Magazine’s 2020 list of the 5,000 fastest-growing U.S. companies – jumping 597 positions from 2019 – and was recently named a finalist for the Microsoft Security 20/20 Customer Impact Award.
