Security Compass announces key additions to its management team
Security Compass announced key additions to their management team. Nick Lantuh and Bob Ranaldi have been appointed to the Security Compass Board of Directors and are joined by new Advisor Milo Sprague.
On the heels of Security Compass’ strategic investment from FTV Capital in January 2020, the expansion of their board and advisory members positions the company for continued growth.
“Security Compass is committed to helping companies improve their time to market while building, deploying and testing secure software,” said Rohit Sethi, CEO, Security Compass.
“Over 200 enterprise customers use Security Compass’ solutions to manage the risk of tens of thousands of applications, and I am confident that the expansion of our leadership team positions Security Compass to accelerate our goals.”
Lantuh brings over 20 years of proven go-to-market and strategic leadership experience to Security Compass, including multiple rankings on Inc. 500 “Fastest Growing” lists. Most recently, Lantuh served as President and CEO of Fidelis Cybersecurity, where he played a significant role in the company’s sale to a Private Equity firm.
Prior to Fidelis, Lantuh’s leadership was also instrumental in the sale of eSentire to Warburg Pincus in 2017, as well as the acquisition of NetWitness by EMC in 2011. He is a two-time finalist for the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” Greater Washington award.
Ranaldi, Senior Growth Advisor at FTV Capital, brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, and operations leadership experience to Security Compass. He has worked on directing and scaling sales teams in large and small organizations.
Previously, Ranaldi led worldwide sales at Parametric Technology (PTC), contributing to the company’s market value nearly doubling in size. In addition to his role with FTV, Bob is a trusted board member to numerous organizations.
As an advisor, Sprague brings more than 25 years of experience focused in financial services, emerging technology, and the federal government. An experienced CTO, most recently at Silicon Valley Bank, Sprague’s expertise includes product strategy, security, IT strategy and Architecture, and technology management, transformation and innovation.
Sprague is currently Senior Technology Advisor at FTV Capital, working extensively with FTV’s investment team and a broad network of financial services enterprises, major cloud providers, and international start-ups.
“We are pleased to welcome Nick, Bob and Milo to Security Compass, and look forward to leveraging their respective insights and approach to building and operating high-performance organizations,” added Sethi. “Together, they bring exceptional track records of success, expertise at scaling high growth companies and deep understanding of this market opportunity.”
