Saviynt now supports Amazon EventBridge
Saviynt, a trusted and award-winning provider of a leading intelligent, identity governance and management platform, announced support for the newly launched Amazon EventBridge, from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Amazon EventBridge is a serverless event bus service that connects applications using events. Events include security configuration changes, changes in application data, privilege access escalations, or joiner/mover/leaver/conversions in human resources (HR) systems.
Amazon EventBridge allows Saviynt to further enhance and extend its services by publishing key events to customers via Amazon EventBridge. Amazon EventBridge manages the routing of those events in a reliable and secure manner. This supports the automated reaction to events that can then be easily sent to AWS services such as AWS Lambda.
“Amazon EventBridge allows Saviynt to publish critical security, identity and access related events to its customers’ AWS environment in real-time.
“Saviynt customers can utilize the new capability seamlessly, without writing undifferentiated connection code. As large enterprises look to extend their utilization of AWS to carry more workloads in the cloud, Amazon EventBridge enables automation and efficiency.
“To achieve continuous monitoring, secure access governance, Saviynt’s support for Amazon EventBridge helps our customers realize this goal,” said Vibhuti Sinha, Chief Cloud Officer, Saviynt.
Saviynt helps enterprises to secure applications, data, and infrastructure in a single platform for cloud and enterprise. Saviynt also provides risk-based elevated access checkout with support for inline segregation of duty (SOD) policy violation evaluation, and flexible multi-step approval workflows.
Saviynt also automates privileged identity and access lifecycle management and review processes tied to HR triggers for joiners, movers, leavers, or conversions.
