Merrill Corporation appoints Dixon Gould as CIO
Merrill Corporation announced the appointment of Dixon Gould as Chief Information Officer. Dixon is a member of the company’s leadership team, reporting to Merrill Corporation CEO Rusty Wiley.
In his role as CIO, Gould will be responsible for developing the enterprise Information & Communications Technology (ICT) strategy in alignment with, and in support of, Merrill’s strategy. This includes internal enterprise systems, data management, infrastructure, IT governance, and information security.

“We will leverage Dixon’s deep experience in running IT organizations, especially in delivering SaaS-based solutions that deliver shareholder value in complex and regulated industries, to continue to drive positive change for our customers around the globe.”
Gould brings more than 30 years of experience running IT operations for several SaaS-based companies in the healthcare, security and telecommunications industries.
Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of ABILITY Network, now part of Inovalon, a technology company that provides cloud-based tools to support data-driven healthcare. Prior to this, he was Vice President, Infrastructure for Altegrity, a security SaaS services firm.
Gould holds an MBA and a BS from California Coast University. He is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.
