ThrottleNet’s new managed IT+Security services deliver business continuity
ThrottleNet launched IT+Security – a new service designed to keep business networks operational and secure 24/7/365.
According to the Better Business Bureau’s State of Cybersecurity report, 32 percent of all businesses with 11 to 49 employees have reported a cyber-attack within the last 12 months.
“ThrottleNet’s IT+Security services reflect our continued focus on delivering business continuity for companies in a world filled with disruptive and costly security threats,” said Mike Heil, CEO, ThrottleNet. “While our IT advanced network management services keep business networks running smoothly, IT+Security protects against data loss and security threats such as hacking, ransomware and phishing attacks.”
ThrottleNet has spent twenty years managing IT and security for companies. This new combined offering provides a range of cybersecurity services, including:
- IT+Monitoring: 24/7/365 tracking of online threats as well as a dedicated vCIO (virtual Chief Intelligence Officer) and Field Engineer.
- IT+Support: Remote support, emergency onsite support, scheduled monthly on-site visits and scheduled quarterly vCIO visits to review quarterly activity.
- IT+Compliance: Establishing and managing governance, risk management and compliance strategy.
- IT+Training: On-boarding “cyber hygiene” training to educate employees on the latest tactics and best practices for stopping cyber threats.
“Unfortunately, every business today is a target for cyber criminals and their increasingly sophisticated online tools,” said Heil. “Whether you are a non-profit or small business, your enterprise depends on technology to run smoothly, security is paramount and IT+Security represents a definite plus for your business.”
This new service represents expansion opportunities for ThrottleNet on the heels of business growth in 2018. As a result of this growth, ThrottleNet will be moving its headquarters in 2019. The company is currently located on Watson Road in Crestwood, Mo.
