New specialty certification for wireless service analysis
Recent research from AOTMP confirms the number of wireless applications enterprises are supporting is up 50 percent over last year.
This rapid growth, coupled with increased focus on efficiency initiatives, means enterprises must implement effective management practices around wireless users, devices, services and usage policies to control costs and promote efficiency.
AOTMP University recently launched a new online Specialty Certification course that teaches best practices in wireless service invoice and contract identification, interpretation and analysis. The course also covers wireless service invoice error correction and recovery activities.
The Wireless Service Analysis Specialty Certification awards eight AOTMP University credit hours upon successful completion and is available on-demand, so the course can be taken online to accommodate participant schedules.
“The wireless specialty certification has been designed to help enterprise telecom, IT, and finance professionals responsible for contracting wireless services and managing spend,” said Timothy Colwell, Vice President of Knowledge Operations at AOTMP. “We continue to hear growing concerns around supporting and managing wireless, and this new format for the specialty certification presents opportunity for quick implementation of some very valuable strategies in wireless service management.”
