Centennial Discovery asset discovery extended to Windows Mobile Devices

Centennial Software announced the support for Windows CE-based devices in its award winning Centennial Discovery solution. The addition of this capability will enable network managers and IT staff to extend their current IT asset management and acceptable use policies across the IT estate, from the largest servers to the smallest PDA and Smartphone devices.

Audit information collected by the new client agents includes the devices’ operating system, attached memory, hardware configuration, software installations and file types.
