SafeNet Sentinel hardware keys support Microsoft Vista
SafeNet today announced that Sentinel Hardware Keys, the most secure hardware tokens in the world, now support Microsoft’s Windows Vista operating system.
Users of SafeNet’s Sentinel Hardware Keys are now able to use their protected software on systems running the Windows Vista Operating System. All currently deployed Sentinel Keys will be able to operate on these systems using only an updated driver. Drivers can be downloaded from SafeNet’s secure customer connection center.
“SafeNet recognizes that supporting new operating systems is important, and we continue to be early adopters of new platforms,” said Ken Chow, vice president, Product Management, SafeNet. “With Sentinel Hardware Keys, you can support your applications on multiple operating platforms with a single development effort, further reducing development time and cost.”
