AmbironTrustWave acquires SecurePipe

AmbironTrustWave has acquired SecurePipe, a Lincolnshire, Ill.-based managed security provider. The terms of the deal are confidential.

Established in 1996, SecurePipe provides information security and compliance solutions to financial institutions, large companies and small-to- medium-sized businesses to help them meet regulatory and industry compliance standards through best-of-breed proprietary technologies. SecurePipe’s comprehensive suite of managed services is delivered from its state-of-the-art network operations center, which is staffed 24x7x365 by security engineers.

As a result of the acquisition, operations of both companies will be completely integrated. SecurePipe’s Network Operations Center (NOC) will become the company’s primary NOC.
