PatchLink appoints Corey M. Smith as President & CEO
PatchLink Corporation, the leading security management solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Corey M. Smith as president and CEO.

Smith brings more than 25 years of senior management experience, including president and CEO of several leading technology companies. Most recently, Smith served as president of XcelleNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: XNET), where he grew revenues from $45M to $70M in 18 months. Prior to XcelleNet, Smith served as president and CEO of Central Point Software, where he established the number-one selling desktop utility product in the market and drove revenues from $15M to $85M over a four-year period. Smith has also served in the post of president and CEO of Creative Multimedia. Smith began his career at Hewlett-Packard where he spent more than 12 years in marketing and sales development for emerging markets. Smith has also served on several boards for software companies including Previo, Crystallize, WellMed and Accelent. Smith holds a bachelor’s degree from the school of business at Oregon State University.
