Email Systems Wins Group-Wide Email Management Contract With Ajilon
Email management specialist Email Systems has signed a contract with the Ajilon Group, a global leader in Managed Services, Consulting and Speciality Staffing, to filter the email of all 1,300 employees across the group’s UK offices. The Ajilon Group comprises brands such as Office Angels, Computer People, OAexec, Jonathan Wren, Roevin and Ajilon Consulting amongst others.
With employees across the UK arm of the group relying on email increasingly heavily, the proprietary content management solution that had been developed in-house some years previously was proving ineffective, with the number of unsolicited mails far outnumbering legitimate emails being received each day group-wide.
Consequently, Ajilon recognised that there was an immediate requirement to work with a third party in order to curtail the problem and reclaim email as an effective business tool. Since the service was installed, Ajilon Group has reported that the quantity of spam being received at inboxes has dropped from more than two thirds of all incoming mail to virtually zero.
