Cyber Security Defense Experts to convene at the forth annual Southwest Conference
Dallas, Texas – The coordinating committee of DallasCon have revealed their plans to hold the forth consecutive annual Cyber Security Defense Conference in Dallas, Texas between May 2-7, 2005.
The conference will be held at the Richardson Hotel, in the heart of Dallas’s technology corridor and will focus on a practical approach to Network and Wireless Security geared directly to the technical professionals.
The event will begin with 4 days of intense hands-on training on Network Penetration and Wireless Defense, followed by two days of informative and cutting-edge Information Security topics from the world’s leading researchers and security professionals.
The two featured tracks of the training segment of DallasCon will focus on “Network Penetration Testing: An Auditor’s Approach to Security” and “Wi-Fi Hacking, Defense, and Emerging Wireless Technology” respectively. These tracks will be instructed by two of the leading security experts in the country.
Papers for presentations at the conference are also currently being accepted for review and so far the organizers of the event have received several leading submissions.
