PivX Acquires Threat Focus To Expand Proactive Enterprise Security Solutions

(OTCBB: PIVX), a market leader in the development of Proactive Threat Mitigation solutions for the enterprise security market has acquired Threat Focus, Inc., a supplier of professional, targeted security alerts and network vulnerability scans, with over 40 enterprise customers, including some well-known Fortune 100 companies.
Through the acquisition, PivX adds comprehensive, award-winning vulnerability assessment tools to its array of network security solutions. This will complement PivX’s Qwik-Fix Pro, a proactive desktop security software application that allows users to benefit from real-time fixes and threat mitigations. The Threat Focus solution also helps companies to comply with security and privacy regulations such as Gramm-Leach-Bliley, HIPAA and California’s SB 1386, using real-time security intelligence and advanced security audits that include daily updated countermeasures.
