Paul Walker joins Trustix as Technical Sales Manager for the UK
London, UK – 10th June 2003: Trustix (www.trustix.com), Norwegian turnkey Linux security and infrastructure solutions specialists, has recruited Paul Walker as Technical Sales Manager for the UK. Paul’s role will encompass dealing with all technical pre-sales enquiries from distributors, business partners and end users, both on and off-site.
Paul joins Trustix with 22 years experience in the IT industry and a proven background in implementing networks and professional services management, gained at Interface Solutions, working with a team of consultants and engineers. Paul is also experienced in implementing EPOS, multi-site, e-mail and CRM deployment with many corporate names. A certified Red Hat engineer, Paul also boasts considerable Windows knowledge, meaning Open Source, cross-platform and Windows technical enquiries are all taken in his stride.
Speaking on Paul’s new role, James Dean, Sales Director of Trustix UK commented: “Paul Walker gives Trustix a really strong UK technical presence. This enables our partners to call on Paul to provide on-site evaluations and technical advice. Many of our IBM partners already know Paul and have been keen to call on his services at Trustix.”
