University Offers Online Degree in Net Security
Tempe, Ariz. (April 22, 2003) – The University of Advancing Technology (UAT) is launching a 100% online Network Security program to teach white hats how to fight cyber terrorists and cyber criminals.
UAT has put together an associate’s degree program in Network Security that is offered 100% online, which complements the campus-based bachelor’s and associate’s degree programs in Network Security. The program is designed to teach students the skills and tactics necessary keep priceless data safe from hackers.
UAT-Online: Network Security students will graduate with training in range vulnerabilities, threats and prevent hacker attacks through use of firewalls, intrusion detection and VPNs. UAT-Online programs are readily accessible to everyone with five start dates a year.
