Airscanner Names Wireless Security Icon Seth Fogie as Vice President of Product Management

Airscanner Corporation, the technological leader in wireless security software, today announced the appointment of Seth Fogie to Vice President of Product Management. Fogie, who was former Director of Engineering at VirusMD Wireless Security, is currently one of the most influential figures in the wireless security field.

Seth Fogie has authored several books including the new bestseller, “Maximum Wireless Security,” published by SAMS in 2003. Fogie’s information security books have been translated into several languages. In addition, he is one of the most popular weekly tech columnists at Pearson Education’s technology portal, which receives over ten million unique readers per year.

Fogie will be responsible for supervising the development of Airscanner’s product line. He brings to Airscanner extensive experience in wireless security software research and development, as well as expertise in enterprise software quality assurance and support.

Fogie is a former U.S. Navy Nuclear Engineer, and he is currently completing his Master’s degree in information technology.
