McAfee Security Receives ‘Best Buy’ Award from SC Magazine

McAfee Active Virus Defense Small Business Edition, a product of McAfee Security, won a five-star ranking and is the only vendor to receive the “Best Buy” award from SC Magazine.

In a comparative review of 12 anti-virus software suites suitable for small to medium-sized businesses (SMEs), McAfee Security’s Active Virus Defense Small Business Edition exceeded anti-virus performance standards, scoring perfectly across all category criteria. This marks the fourth year that McAfee Security technology has outperformed the competition in anti-virus testing and has been awarded the highest ranking by SC Magazine. All anti-virus products were measured on features, ease of use, performance, documentation, support and value for money. When measured against the top sellers in the anti-virus for SMEs category, McAfee Security was the only vendor to receive the “Best Buy” label.
