Sophos And EuropeOne On Guard To Deliver Secure Solution
Sophos, a world leader in corporate anti-virus protection, announced today that its award-winning virus scanning technology has been selected by EuropeOne, a principal network security company, to form a key component of its Mail Sentinel Gateway product.
The EuropeOne Mail Sentinel Gateway provides unparalleled protection from common mail server vulnerabilities. Depending on customer requirements the appliance acts as either an email gateway or mail server – protecting customers from both computer viruses and hack attacks. Sophos’s anti-virus solution forms a key module within the product, defending users against over 73,000 computer viruses, worms and Trojans.

The EuropeOne Mail Sentinel Gateway allows customers to choose security components according to their individual needs. The appliance currently works with Microsoft Exchange, but can be used independently if required.
